First day at John Carroll

The first few things I felt, when I walked into John Carroll for the first day of classes, was nervous, overwhelmed, and excited. I was nervous this morning that I would get lost or be unprepared for class. It was scary going from ruling the school in 8th grade to being put back on the bottom as a Freshman. All of the upperclassmen knew what they were doing! I was overwhelmed because we were getting so much new information and papers and lists for supplies. It was hard to keep track of all of that. After I got over the fear I was actually really excited. It was exciting to meet new friends and teachers and classes. I'm excited to participate in other activities at JC like theatre and chorus. I'm now ready to begin my life here at John Carroll.
